MERRY BELATED CHRISTMAS AND HAPPY BOXING DAY. (:

Today training play match with AHbball alums. Score was 83-72 in favour of us.

Their muscles all damn dua. Then all damn fit somemore, go in machiam get squashed. -_-

When I got the position to box in the end also tio pushed away, bo lat. -_____-

Anyway, didn't play too well. Too many poor attempts and only got 4 points.

But I think defense-wise for me is not bad. The person I guarded for most got 2 points I think, but otherwise I didn't let them pass me although they were far stronger than me.

Am happy with that. Will work harder for rebounding and body. (:

WHOOHOO NUMB.

HELLO GUYS, THIS IS A TOTAL AND DETAILED UPDATE OF MY WONDERFUL AND UNFORGETTABLE DAY.

Morning, 9am.
Reached school for training as usual, using the new indoor stadium while Cdiv used old one. The gate separating both was, well, open. For a reason this time.

Warmups, 10 rounds of court and 3 sets as usual.
Next, 10 rounds ofNew indoor plus steps in between both stadiums ONE STEP AT A TIME (Y), plus old indoor, oh and 2 rounds of court.
Yeah. Thats one round. I remember the last time i died like that was the first time. T-T
I didn't manage to complete cause I fell at the 6th round. Knee was minor bruise but internal was very pain, so I rested. I had the strength to complete..

10.40 to 12. Or so.

Training, was, no, ballz, at, all. Just pure physical.

I remember lots of stepping, stepping, can't run then step, run run run, endurance, sliding, running, hopping, sliding somemore, running? My soles were virtually burning.

Damn. As in burning, my shoes were like burning without a hole, had to tie like fasteners.

My leg was already killing so don't matter no more, just wanna complete all and let legs to burn off.

Afternoon, heck knows when. 2 to 5.
Gruelling gym. Stretched. I thought things were informal gym session. T-T

If I could remember, 1min each station, 20secs rest in between, 10 stations, 3 sets.
1. Chest press. Still alright.
2. Leg extension. Fuck seriously, but I didn't die.
3. Standing tricep extension. (?) Worked fine too.
4. ABDOMEN EXTENSION. THIS PURELY SUCKED THE MOST, ABS SUCK.
5 and 6 were the medicine ball and skipping. Numb so don't feel the ballz but skipping killed the ankles.
7. High pulley? So-so.
8. Bicep extensions. I probably wanted big biceps so much so no pain no gain.
9. Bicycle. Like seriously, biking is so much better. Gym version is wth.
10. The jumping chair, helps in explosiveness and I've seen lots in vids. Best one for me.

AFTER THAT. FIELD 20 PLUS MINUTES, I REALLY HAD TO PUSH MYSELF TO RUN, AND NO JOKE MY LEGS REALLY KILLED. LIKE LAST TIME I SAID PAIN BUT IT DIDN'T HURT SO MUCH? THIS TIME IT SINCERELY AND FAITHFULLY HURT SO BADLY I STILL RAN.

THATS ALL. AND I WALKED HOME FROM MRT AFTER THAT. NICE ONE, LEGGIES. I PITY MY THIGHS, ANKLES, AND EVERY OTHER BODY PART OF THOSE WHO ENJOYED TODAY AS MUCH TOGETHER THAT HURTS.

Yeah. Thanks everybody for the wishes and the many smses. I appreciate it alot. :D it made today quite a day.

Had match, got wishes too. Played a little, but guess I didn't do too shabby. Got a foul-in, haha.

Had a mini-celebration, thanks guys for turning up! I know it was boring, but your presence-s made it worthwhile! :D

gosh, I should do better in planning, really sorry, but hope you guys had fun. I know its alot of food. (:
